Obsessed?!? Who Me?!?

You know you are obsessed about fish when:

* You are embarrassed to admit how many tanks you have...

* The bucket for collecting mosquito larvae is sitting outside by the back door for easy access...

* The infusoria container sits happily under the back stairs...

* Blackworms are in the fridge alongside vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, spinach and lettuce) set aside for the fish...

* The freezer has containers labelled bloodworms, prawns for fish, homemade fry food, peas for fish...

* You make your own fry food...

* You cover a container in a fishy motif to store the jars of flake, dried tubifex worms and algae discs... which happen to be next to the bottles of water ager, medication and pH test liquid along the top shelf of the bookcase...

* A 60 litre garbage bin sits in the hall with aged water aerating contentedly for tank top ups and water changes...

* The brine shrimp hatchery is humming away happily in the bathroom...

* Buckets are littered throughout the house marked 'Aquarium Only'...

* You are planning to buy another 60 litre garbage bin to store all of the above buckets in one place... (actually that was what the first one was used for in the beginning)...

* You ask your fishy friends how their fish are going BEFORE you ask about their kids, spouses and families...

* You take homemade fry food, and newly hatched brine shrimp to your fishy friends (Hi Ruth! :P)

* You and your fish friends pass fish and fry around to each other...

* You and your fish friends keep an eye out for one anothers 'must have' list (Hi Mick!)...

* One of your fishy friends urges you to start writing a blog about them (Hi Hasitha!!)...

* You have your own notebook on fish info, a list of must have fish, and dates of when which fish last had her fry...

* You are not only on first name basis with your favourite aquarium dealer (Hi Tony!) but bake him cookies cause he is a nice guy and always helps you out with medications, information and water testing :P

* You realise that you being single probably has something to do with the fact that you are too busy at home with the aquariums to notice guys and heck they would have to deal with your fishy obsession anyway... (forget that lmao!)
